Where are these Neglected Tropical Diseases Located?

The Neglected diseases mostly occur in rural and poor urban areas of low income countries. A significant overlap of disease burden occurs throughout these tropical and sub tropical developing countries, where six diseases may affect a single region. Up to 90% of the total disease burden is believed to occur in Africa, and 100% of the lowest income countries are affected by at least 5 neglected diseases at one time.
